WHAT’S IN THE CASE?

Our mixed case includes four refreshing and delicate flavours brewed with organic and sustainably sourced ingredients

*Original* has a honey-like aroma, light and slightly fruity flavour

*Ginger + Lemon* zesty thirst quencher with subtle citrus notes

*Butterfly Pea* rich in antioxidants and has a delicate aroma with herbal notes

*Grapefruit + Cardamom* a sophisticated flavour, brewed with organic grapefruit and paired with fragrant, yet delicate cardamom

Kefirs contain trace amounts of alcohol from natural fermentation (<0.5% ABV). Please note that fermented kefir may continue to ferment slowly even in the fridge and can reach up to 1% ABV

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Authentic kefir needs to be refrigerated at all times, even if unopened, as it is a raw living product which will continue to ferment and build up CO2 in the bottle

Always keep chilled below 5 degrees and open with care

SERVING INSTRUCTIONS

If you’re new to fermented foods, it’s best to start enjoying kefir in small quantities to allow your body time to adjust

We suggest up to 120ml per day
