You can return any item to Rennatural Ltd (excluding personalised products) within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange if damaged or faulty.Additionally, if you wish to cancel an order just email: Reneirahunt@rennatural.co.uk, unless it is a personalised item already in production. All items to be returned unused and in its original packaging and condition along with a copy of your dispatch note. You are responsible for the return of goods to Rennatural Ltd. I recommend obtaining a Certificate of Posting from Royal Mail as insurance for goods lost in transit. Refunds or exchanges will be made to you within 5-10 days of notification or receipt of the returned goods. Refunds will be made via your original payment method.
